MoVi stands for "mosaic vision"; where multiple eyes work together to form an expansive peripheral vision, providing a holistic view of the world around us.

MoVi Partners is a values based community dedicated to learning and innovation, driven by the idea that a collective intelligence empowers our members to understand the possibilities surrounding us in a rapidly-evolving world. Our core belief is that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.

MoVi Connect

MoVi Labs

MoVi Labs is a venture studio that partners with founders at a variety of different stages to ideate and build transformative technology companies by leveraging the resources of MoVi Connect and MoVi Capital. You can learn more about MoVi Labs here.

MoVi Capital

MoVi Capital provides startup capital and follow-on investment to early-stage technology companies, sourced from MoVi Labs and the wider MoVi Connect community. You can learn more about MoVi Capital here.

Community manager role overview

• You will work closely with the current community manager (Niki) to manage the MoVi Connect community.
• Alongside Niki, you will:
  • Design MoVi Connect to accelerate member engagement through events, discussion, speakers, and other forms of community programming.
  • Coordinate with the broader MoVi ecosystem to identify and execute opportunities for collaboration with MoVi Labs and MoVi Capital.
  • Design and launch new programs to increase engagement and deepen relationships among members of the community.
  • Frequently monitor the engagement and feedback of members to optimize community programming in a member-centric and data-driven manner.
  • Identify verticals of the community to develop further and recruit exceptional people into the community to fill out these verticals.
  • Explore strategic partnerships outside the MoVi community e.g. partnerships with other communities, VCs, college campus organizations, etc.
